This amazing gentleman was learning the tenor sax with a missing finger! Natasha made a brand new custom key (from scratch), giving him the ability to slide his whole hand down by one position so he could now reach those low B/Bb notes that before were impossible.

Had a customer wanting to attach a floor peg to their bari sax so they could rest their instrument on the floor without needing a neck strap, not only while sitting, but also while standing.

This beatiful piece of craftmanship is just one way of making some custom heavy bracing for a trumpet to completely change how the instrument plays. Helena and Andrew planned and executed this custom modification for our customer with precision and success!

For this job we were asked to make a key with a pad in it so all they had to do was push the key down rather than try to position their thumb perfectly over the tone hole. With a little planning Natasha set to work and here's the end result - It was just what the customer wanted and they left very happy!

Another amazing gentleman who came in wanting a solution to help him play flute with right hand that, due to tendon damage, couldn't stretch out to activate the foot joint keys fully. Seeing how his fingers motion was so limited, the solution that was proposed and implemented resulted in this interesting but effective roller key set up.

No time to wait for a missing part to be ordered in? No worries, we custom make missing parts too! In this case the whole thumb rest mechanism was missing so we just got a spare plastic thumbrest from our parts drawer and custom made the locking plate and screw.

A customer came to us wanting to make and fit a thumb activated trigger to tenor horn. A little more fiddly than most triggers, but in the end we came up with a design that worked perfectly!

A semi-common request for beginner bassoonists or players with small hands, the design and fit of a plateau key for the left hand. This particular job was done with original fox parts, the final piece just needs to be plated, but the resulting key design and function is perfect!

Another customer with slight difficulty being able to comfortably hold his alto sax just the way he wanted to. He brought his ideas the the workshop and we made them a reality!
